Our relationship with Swan Advertising began 8 years ago when our business Concrete Logistics was established. As a new business we needed someone to assist us with all our advertising and promotional requirements. We were seeking someone that could promote our business in a way that was attractive to potential customers. Overall, Dave has a knack for making what seems complex, become straightforward and the job just gets done. No fuss, and no wasted expense. He is dependable, fair, and multi-skilled to provide a small business like ours, with many solutions to our varied requirements.
A portion of our business is selling advertising space on our website, however many of our clients do not have the capability to provide their own artwork and many do not understand the nuances of online advertising. We decided the best solution was to offer our clients this service directly, however we do not do the artwork ourselves. Through Dave, of Swan Advertising, we are able to offer our clients an affordable flat rate for their job. We discuss the brief directly with our client and forward it all to Dave to decipher. Dave likes to provide us with a proof within 24 hours, and 99% of the time our clients never request a change! Dave is not only quick, but creative and accurate. Some of our clients have been so impressed that they have commissioned Dave for other jobs.
Another portion of our business is general IT consulting for some larger companies. When clients request web-design we also refer them to Swan Advertising. Over time, we have worked together to share numerous happy clients.
We also use Swan Advertising to assist us with the design and production of all our own business marketing materials, including logos, printed pamphlets, and printing. Rather than just take the briefs we provide, Dave knows that we appreciate his expert eye and guidance so sometimes the proof returns quite different to how we original requested but we are (almost) always thrilled! And if not, he is always happy to listen to our reasons, and rework until we are satisfied. We have also found that Dave can provide the most competitive rates on printing and he always knows the latest trends in materials and printing styles so we always send our print jobs to him too.
